Those customers will be caregivers, patients, referral sources and are your clients and since you will soon be a subject matter expert on Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and they will come to you for advice, input and solutions. This course will deal with reimbursement and the intake process and also with HIPAA – the Health Insurance Portability and Accessibility Act.
